Since there have been several "not so good" service posts lately, I thought I'd mention the great experience I had yesterday during my 5000 mile scheduled service at Rockville Porsche/Audi. Since buying my car there last October, I've managed to build a good rapport with Beaver Ho (Service Consultant) and Derek WillKomm (Service Tech). Derek is an enthusiast and drives a modded E36 M3. It so happens that his wife is also into cars (*bonus*) and has a B6 S4. Derek is very cool and doesn't mind me hanging out in the shop while he works on my car. He's happy to "talk cars" and answer any questions I have. The other Service Techs are also very friendly and don't seem to mind me hanging around either. I was able to get an appointment within a day, and the service only took an hour. It was a great service experience all around.
