Has anyone here ever built a fiberglass subwoofer enclosure? I think I'm going to to attempt to
tackle a box this weekend for two 10-inch subs out of MDF and cover it in fiberglass. Any tips, tricks or advice?

all I used it for was to fix my rear valance, I just applied some cloth and resin on the inside
so it wouldn't split any further. I was gonna do a sub with it but in the end I just ordered a carpeted box that fit the passat.

I'll help ya out. Make sure styrofoam & tarp/large drop cloth are on your supply list.
I've got some rubber gloves for ya too.
They've got to be relatively thick though, or it'll sound like crap, right?

Agreed with the owner. I'm not sure which show it was, I've seen them use......
fiberglass, but they don't really show much of the process. IMO you'd be the one to supervise this project. ;-)
