Again, people should know who they are dealing with. I did not make up the dealer rankings!
I'm on my 3rd Audi, going onto my 4th.
If your were lied to, without any apology, and still I think you'd feel different.
The other day, this information directed someone away from HBL, towards a better dealer. They will recieve better service, and support.

A suggestion.
Provide a link in your sig with the whole story. Then you can just post a "see my sig" response to the HBL threads that come up. Those that want the info can get it, and those that have already seen it don't have to go through it again.
I understand your point, but don't want to see this forum become just an HBL hit board rehashing the same thing over and over again.
Putting a link in your sig will also save you the effort of retyping it all the time.

I know exactly who I am dealing with
Matt Frick is all I will deal with over at HBL. I have said this time and time again. I have had equally good luck with Matt Buckley.
I am out of warranty, but if need be, I will return to HBL and request Matt Frick be my service advisor.
Again, I understand your frustration, but there is no need to continue to drag this out.

i say you should praise the dealership that i like...not bash others.
bashing others will just bring the mood of the forum down. Why don't you praise the dealership you like and tell people to go there?

I am sorry we were not able to do the recall work. I was going by what our warranty administrator
said to do. I did not have a problem doing the recall if there were an open recall in OTIS. If you want to give us another chance I would be glad to help you out.

got a going-away party to go to in the afternoon, but running up to Columbia, MD in the morning, then helping a friend move around noon.
