I am fairly sure everyone on this forum is more than aware of your feelings concerning this dealership and Matt Frick.
I for one, have had very good experiences with HBL (to my surprise after hearing all of the negative feedback), and have been treated very well by Matt Frick and the staff at HBL. IN comparison, HBL made the service that I recieved prior at Audi of Alexandria look like a bunch 1st year Boces students working out of a HS shop class.
I can only hope my positve experiences with HBL continue, and that hopefully something can be resolved with your dispute so that we can stop hearing about how horrible HBL is on a weekly basis.
Good luck.

Sure every dealership has problems, every company has some customer service complaints.
I had serious problems with HBL and NT Autobody in the past and would like to see if the problems have been fixed.

There are some who are very happy to take their business elsewhere.
No one wants to be the one that gets stuck.

i hadn't seen it and it was nice to see the good support. you are not the only one who's had trouble there but rarely do we hear such detail. btw, one shouldn't have to proclaim their participation on the AWMA forum to get respectable service.

I would be very happy to meet with you or discuss it over the phone.
I am getting a new Audi, and your location is the closest. I would love to the matter behind us, and actually give you a chance again. But, you have yet to own up to what you did.
You checked OTIS, left to talk to someone, came back and told me you would perform the work. you have to tell me what happend after that.
And then there is the entire online epsisode...
