I just posted about my reckless driving ticket. Just got a copy of my driving record?
For the last 11 years I have no tickets. My driver point balance is +5.
Will this help me in court?

are you kidding, of course that will help you!! if you have a nice judge, you may get the whole
thing trashed, just promise the judge you'll go another 11 years without a ticket ;-)

The driving school is a good idea. I would wait until after and let the judge know you are...
going to take it. Because you can;t have more than +5 good points. If you take it before you can't get any more + points. But if you wait and get convicted, then you can get your + point balance back up.
