I must say, HBL has really gotten its act together in the sales dept. I test drove a new TT on Sat.

I bought an A6 from Robert Schefer (now on the Porsche side) and my (currently-under-repair courtesy of Fairfax County) S4 from Artie Stowell. I've also had several conversations with Joseph Jay. I'd highly recommend any of the three. I would not recommend Barry Waltman, who is the jerk from whom we bought my wife's A4 Cab several years ago...fortunately, he is no longer at HBL.

On the service side, Matt Frick has never done me wrong. Neither has Ty.

i remember my experience with HBL.. it was excellent when i bought the car

then when i went in for a follow on.. it was the pits.

Too bad for HBL the salesman got canned... good for the salesman he's no longer associated with HBL.
