I'll ask here anyone know why the 2001's arent included in the control arm recall?

Well, I'm going to HBL Tuesday, to have my front lower control arms replaced.
I did get the letter, and got under the car to check. Both lower boots were cracked.
I am bringing in all my past paper work from the Tom Wood Audi in Indy, and hopefully it will be sorted.
As for why the 2001's are not included, who knows? There was a new part number for the lower control arms, so I suspect the issue was corrected.
