Default I did it twice back in 2002-2003. it's a blast. it was freakin' cold, especially at night. -30Fs!

Default So what is it like? An actual snow-covered road course, or a huge skid pad?

I'm having a hard time visualizing how this is going to work.

Default skid pad, which I could stay on all day. and, from that pic, you can see another exercise

where you have to slalom through cones, climb the hill, more cones, left around and back down the hill and through the cones again.

The other exercise is on a tilted axis.

Basically, you learn understeer and oversteer in 2nd gear with basically no traction at all and using the throttle and weight transfers to steer.

I learned A LOT from this place.

Thankfully, Tim has a heated garage now. In 2002, we all had to fit into this tiny shack with a wood burning stove to keep warm for driver's meetings and lunch.
