Default Excellent, thanks for the additional insight

Of course, the natural anxiety of "am I going to put my car into a snowbank" sets in, especially since I'm driving up and not towing up (like I do with track events).

But I'll take it easy, keep my mind open to learn, and follow instruction. I do admit, I like to go out in parking lots and have some fun in the snow, but I'm sure what I do is nothing compared to the winter driving school.

Curious, how does it work with sharing cars? I assume that there aren't different skill levels like at HPDEs, so how do two people share one car?

Just keep in mind that once you get the car moving you want to think about stopping it. That will keep you from burying your right foot...

As for sharing cars, no problem. There are three groups running at the same time, one per exercise. Each group is split in half, with the 1st half driving while 2nd half is parked (and riding in 1st part's cars). Half way through the exercise, the 2nd part runs while the 1st part parks (and rides in 2nd part's cars).

As for going out into parking lots, I had to take a winter school to learn how to do "donuts" since all I got with Quattro was circles, regardless of the speed.

Default Yummy!

Is that the current girlfriend?

I hate to admit this, but I have no recollection of meeting you. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out which superbowl party and who I've met with the name Brandon. What year was this? Which John we talking about that hosted the SB party?

Or you know what (and don't take this the wrong way), post a picture of yourself to jog my memory. For the life of me, I can't remember and it's bugging the crap out of me now. :P

I'm sure I'm going to feel dumb once I finally remember too.
