Just had my Torque converter done at Induktion (throwing the dreaded 17125) and have to say once again the experience was awesome. Car was done on time, and everything was right. Totally unexpected...a call from Anan with a list of things that should be done as well, along with advice as to what they should do vs. what I could tackle. Finally, the best thing was that Justin came out of the shop when I picked up the car to give advice on the tasks I decided do myself. Perhaps AoA should send an observer out to learn how to do business and gain customer loyalty?
