Clean record, in slow lane, perfect weather, no other traffic- Do they do PBJ or just want the money? It seems the violation is on the car as points are not assigned. Does this show up on driving record?

There's another one where you get onto 395S off of New York Ave. It's on both sides of the highway. The ones on 295 are usually mobile units (a white van sitting on the side of the road sometimes accompanied by a cruiser).
