Ok, here was the route:
N. on York to R/T on Ashland Rd. After the golf course (visible on both sides) L/T onto Cooper Rd. IMHO - Cooper is worth the drive out by itself. Cooper ends into Old York - L/T on Old York to R/T on Manor. Manor several miles through some nice right lefts (section highlighted above as fun) to L/T onto Hydes Rd. Hydes is a short downhill. At bottom (Stop Sign))R/T onto Long Green. Up Long Green hill, cross Manor caddy-corner to right staying on Long Green. Down hill watching tight turn to right towards bottom (20 MPH TOPS!! It says 15 max - prolly a good idea). At stop sign, L/T on Dunaley Valley. At next stop, L/T onto Reservoir Drive. This takes you back into the park where we hung out for a few. There are several ways back out, but ill let you google-map them.

I've actually done that exact same loop before on a lazy weekend afternoon or evening a few times. There's some exceptionally fun roads out that way in Baltimore County both around Loch Raven and also Pretty Boy reservoirs and surrounding areas. Nice elevation change and scenery. I usually take a detour to those roads once a month when I'm picking up dog food in Jacksonville.

I used to know some good back roads over there by LR to Harford county. Let me kick out a map and go cruising on my day off and see if I can come up with possible second half to this drive.
One best roads around is a place I used to get slightly airborne on a straight. (not that I would recomend the speed) but never the less it was fun.
or a road I used to call mountain trail. Cause basically max speed is 15mph uphill turn after turn. and 15mph downhill turn after turn.

The road with the jumps is the last section of Long Green Pike before it hits Harford Rd. That's probably the only road I know where you have 3 little crests in the road that you can air out over.
The other road you might be talking about is Hartley Mill Road in the same general area. It's a little side road that connects Glen Arm Rd to Harford Rd. There's two metal bridges, the road is single lane, twisty as hell, and quite fun late at night even though it's slow.

<center><img src="http://www.mphasemedia.com/assets/extendedLRloop.jpg"></center><p>After mcpath mentioned a couple of roads I think I know I extended the loop map a little more.
#1 the section of Long Green Pike with crests/jumps
#2 the little grey road is the single lane twist-fest
The extended loop basically takes you on a detour through Harford road which is nicely twisty as it follows the Gunpowder River. From there you head NW on Cub Hill which makes a nifty downhill road then back up Manor to LR reservoir.

In my stupid teen dayz. I had a pathfinder that I used to hit those jumps at 65 to 75. Talk about air. (Yeah I was really stupid back in day)
The last crest at those speed in suv is what I used to call "oh shiz".

He was some older dude (no offense older dudes, but he was older older dude) who kept insisting that if the car got air (implying that he would) the suspension would bottom out. I hit those crests at about 85 and he nearly shat himself. No bottoming though! Stiff suspensions needed for sure, my stock A4 just sucks it all up.
Oh yeah, he didn't buy the car because he could barely drive a manual. That'll learn 'im to talk smack.
