True but basing my feelings on what Sliver Streakin' wrote and other posts related to those events.

Default I'd much rather be a back marker in a race series than deal with the day-to-day crap I do...

more power to him. Can't blame a dude for following a dream, especially when he has the time and cash to back it up.

Default Maybe :)

But I'd do the racing like Wonger and Drew do (NASA) and those types of things. I'm all about the well-run stuff.

Default well, just don't run on Street tires and run in the Modified sessions. I highly doubt the punks

would drop the money on Rcomps.

unfortunately, there is an average of 1 incident per day per any event, imo, and they're not outside of that sans maybe the Shenandoah event this year.

honestly, they just need to enforce some in-car instruction to the noobs, but they leave that on the driver to decide because they clearly advertise this as a race/time attack series that has a HPDE day for the noobs. they do have a classroom session, but beyond that you have to request someone -- which, you know the meatheads don't need instruction.

and, as with any on-track events, don't race what you can't throw away.

I'd go, if it was weekend event. I think that's what's hurting attendance.
