I've experienced the opposite.
The Convenience guys were at a ACNA HPDE and were extremely helpful with a brake issue I was having. I thought they were great. They weren't in a showroom setting, though.
Sorry your experience wasn't as stellar.
Have you worked with InterSport in McLean? They're also ACNA sponsors and were very helpful at the same event.
The Induktion guys are great, too.
