Default Ok, It's time to start springtime modding. I have some ideas but I'm looking for opinions

I have about $600 coming in soon and it means one thing: Mod time. My current setup lowered with neuspeed/bilstein/ecs coilover sleeves, flik wheels, custom ram air intake, custom exhaust with magnaflow cats, X-drilled rotors + PBR Pads, valeo ecodes, RS4 grills, and a very decent stereo setup.

I have my choices for this next mod narrowed down to one of 2 performance setups or one cosmetic thing.

1. H-sport or H&R Sway Bars +install

2. Autospeed DTS, PureMS Snub, Bored Throttle body (I can install all this myself)

3. Serious Vision HID Kit

I'm leaning more towards one of the performance setups, but i don't know if i want better handling or more power/better power delivery. I'm planning to start auto-Xing and maybe light tracking this summer, but hopefully I'll get a nie tax return and can knock off the other 2 in April. HID is always a good idea for night safety and I plan on doing all of this eventually. Opinions?
