Default ok maybe i worded it poorly, i would care if it bit one of my family members...

but i would be more upset with the owner than the dog itself.

u said it was on a leash? tied up? then the owner is to blame for neglect.

Personally, cannot stand Pits, Rots and Dobs. I don't think they can ever be domesticated.
