Realistically, almost anything can be borrowed at a DE. I'd bring spare brake pads if you have any, some oil and a jack. That's about it. Chairs are nice, but not mandatory.

Default Depends on how fast you get out of the final corner (turn 10)...

Straightaway speed is greatly affected by corner exit speed. On the track, the key to being fast is keeping your corner speeds up. I come out of turn 10 around 85ish and get up to about 130-140 before i close my eyes, pray, and brake for turn 1 which is about a 50mph corner. If I step up to Hoosiers i'd pick up a couple MPH everywhere.
