Default Paid a nice donation to Fairfax County Courthouse
Fairfax county was kind enough to change my 81 in a 55 to just a regular speeding ticket.

So no reckless driving, however it looks like VA still reported it as 81 in 55...

Any Marylander's with experience with how this will effect my MD license & insurance?

Hope those in NoVA enjoy the new section of HOT lanes I'm helping finance.

Default It transfers over and will put 5 points on your MD license
1-9 MPH = 1 point
2-29 MPH = 2 points
30 MPH and above either = 3 points, but I actually think it means 5 points.

MD and VA do share reciprocity.

Default Doh, though think it's 2 points if those are the right numbers
26 mph = 2 points

Sigh... at least no criminal record, suspension nor jail time.

He is not going to get 5 points for that...that's PSC/near suspension level stuff.

Default tj - do you by any chance know about the "reciprocity" b/w DC and VA`
ie if i got a ticket in DC with VA licensee, will i get points? Thanks

I had a reckless in VA that transfered over to my MD liscense as 1 point, just didnt reduce it at all either
