Question for VA residents(DMV)
Getting my VA drivers liscense today and the car retagged. What do I need to take with me?
I figure that I need my
DC Liscense
Money
Proof of Insurance

Proof of residency and legal citizen

YMMV, but I've found those to be basically useless.
The Manassas office is about a half mile from my office. Multiple times, I've gone over there when the website says < 5 minutes and the lobby was packed.
