Reckless driving; how screwed am I ?

Exactly. Roll the dice....
Possible penalties for reckless driving include jail time. It's highly improbable, but if the judge does rule in favor of jail time, then you can appeal from jail! Yea!
Take a lawyer.

IIRC, you can note an appeal w/o defining a reason
My attorney noted an appeal for me a few years ago, just to delay the ticket from making it to my traffic record so that I could fight another ticket w/ a clean record....we didn't need a reason (unless he made one up w/o telling me).
But when you go before the appeals court, and the conservative VA judge finds out you appealed because you wanted another shot w/ an attorney this time after trying to take the inexpensive way out, you're definitely going to take it without lube.

Jail time is mandatory for over 100 mph. With his record he should be fine, if you don't want to...
try it without a lawyer call this guy,
David M.Hall 703-691-4100. He got my Reckless dropped to a speeding. I had 4 tickets in 6 months and lost my license twice the year before I had to go to court on my reckless. I got a $200 fine and no loss of license and a 3 point speeding ticket. This lawyer has rep. a lot of my friends and my brother a few times. He used to be a prosecutor in Vienna and knows most of the cops and judges in Fairfax. I paid him $400.

I honestly think the max. you possibly face is a 30 day suspension and a $250 fine. I don't think
a judge would give you more than that. If you have the $ then get a lawyer. If not, try it on your own. With a clean record like yours I think you have a good chance of getting it dropped to speeding or even an Improper Driving like someone else mentioned. I have had a reckless dropped to an improper driving. Just so you know, I have been charged with reckless 3 times. Only 1 stuck. I argued 1 on my own and one my lawyer got dropped. The one that stuck was because I was 17 and plead guilty on my own.

You should've shown your sig to the officer.
I'm sure he would have let you go with a warning.
But seriously, I hope you're successful in avoiding a reckless conviction.
Too bad there isn't a detenion center for just audi enthusiasts.
