I had to drive the Touareg today to drop off some tires and the trailer/race car, so the wife got to drive the S4 today on the way into work.
Now, my S4 might be a little rorty, and ptobsbly looks fast just tootling down the road, but the short version is she got a ticket for 58 in a 30, which the Fairfax County Revenue Police upgraded to Reckless.
I've told her to lawyer up; she thinks that's a waste of time.
So, the question is: who has used a lawyer to reduce the bogus charge (Reckless: really now, it was just a little speeding on a country road), who did they end up using, and would they recommend them again?
Thanks in advance!

It is pretty much mandatory to have an attorney. She may not take this seriously, but she may get a day or two in jail. That's right, jail for speeding. There's a good chance that she'll lose her license for a while without an attorney.
