Absolutely. Anti-deafening spray should do the job. Dries out all moistures.

Lexol and Vinylex will take care of it just fine... You should smell my interior.

Default Would look into ozone generators.

I know some people use it to remove mildew smells after flood issues.
They are not recommended for indoor uses, but if you aerate the car afterwards....

Not sure how effective and safe they are though.
