I have a 99.5 with heated seats. I have a seat from a 2000 without heat, but it has power lumbar support. How hard do you think it would be to put the heating element on the new seat and install that? Or should I just cover the old one? Thanks.

the hardest part will be to remove the seats retaining clip with out missing up the melt bars. there are two sets of bars one set is inside the cushion the other set is in sleeves in the seat cover. you have to cut the clips off (they can be reused put it is a PITA) I have the tool to closes the clips and I also have a bag of new clips) it will take about 2 hours, I place that is clean and also I place to wash you hands.
