Rockville Audi Rip-Off? Wife took TT in for 30,000 mile service.
They basically did an oil change AND THEN PUT IN 32 OUNCES OF "ZMAX" which as far as I can tell is a classic snake oil additive. I intend to protest this unless they can show me where Audi specifies it.
THEN they list the oil as "ZVW-352-082-Q-DSP ENGINE OIL" at $3.10 X 5. What oil is RETAILED at $3.10 per quart? Doesn't sound like a proper oil.
Then $178 labor for an oil change and pouring 32 ounces of "ZMAX" whereever the hell you do that.<ul><li><a href="http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2001/02/zmax1.shtm">FTC sues makers of ZMax. It's tinted mineral oil.</a></li></ul>

At least they did it. Mini dealer would not change the oil b/c only 5,000 miles on it.
They sent my wife home, even though she was going to pay for the oil change. The oil was 13 months old.
At least they did the oil change for free (including synthetic oil) when it was brought back. They said normal price for a change is around $185.
