it shouldn't matter how often you bolt/unbolt them as they're just a threaded sleeve pressed/hammered into the ground. no different than changing wheels w/ bolts (crude comparison, but same idea all things aside).

Now how many times they're leveraged against could cause an issue over time (lift and lower car, and the moment of which puts stress on the bolts if the base plate isn't big enough), but otherwise looks pretty slick.

Overall, the only thing I'd really worry about is the concrete floor it's installed on. New floors, not an issue... but the older garages w/ crusty floors might make this a lil less safe!


Of course, they did put this in there:

<i>If anchors do not tighten to 100 ft-lbs. installation torque, replace the concrete under each column base with a 4' x 4' x 6" thick 3,000 PSI minimum concrete pad keyed under and flush with the top of the existing floor. Allow concrete to cure before installing lifts and anchors - typically 2 to 3 weeks. </i>

Which kind of addresses that issue. I personally would make that a requirement if the floor isn't already 6" thick, but that's just me.
