Here's a tip for the interview...
DON'T talk about how the CDP will be good for YOU, fast track you to SES, etc. The key is to clearly articulate the contributions you can make as a future leader of NAVSEA, and how the CDP will round out your leadership skills to make you a more effective leader. It is OK to say you aspire to be an SES, but tie that in with the type of leadership role you want to attain and how you will make a positive contribution to the Command.

I had a chance to talk to one of the guys in NAVSEA 04 for a little bit about the program and what not. He had a few 'tips' as well.
