I had them mount my new tires I got from EdgeRacing, and asked them to mount them on my car as well. I explained before visiting to the manager exactly what size tires and wheels I had and he assured me that they could mount/balance them without damaging my wheels. When I went to pick it up that was the first thing I looked at and I immediately went back in and asked for the manager. He apologized 10 or so times and promised to make it right. He called me yesterday and asked me to bring it back and he would ship my wheels (to some shop in MD) and have them completely refinished. How likely is it that when I get them back they will look like they did before? They are Mille Miglia EV-S wheels with a Satin finish. The areas damaged where around the edge and inside the holes where the lugs are fastened. I have another set of wheels I can run, he said he should have them back within 5 days of when he ships them out.
Any opinions? Suggestions?

when they get my wheels back im just going to pick them up and bring them home and put them on myself. When I saw the scuff marks from where they fastened the lugs I was furious.. that is just flat out lazy and half assed.

My parents drive right by it on their way to Martinsburg...nope, never heard of them. I'd be curious to see how good of a job they do.

i just called to ask about matching finishes and whether they would be doing the entire wheel and they wouldn't even give me an answer. i realize they probably need to see the wheel first, but she was just flat out rude.

They screwed up my OZs, scraped paint of the edge of two of them trying to isntall them. They ended up paying to have them refinished at the Ye Ol' Wheel Shop. Afterwards they looked like new.
One thing, if you don't do all the wheels the finish will never quite match. I'd go ahead and do all 4.
