thx to the FFX Co. cop who just gave me a drive-by "warning" this AM. My luck must be changing!

I was given a "drive-by warning" by a CHP returning to base after a night in Tijuana.
I was getting RH, so he was pretty cool. Same "five-five" hand gestures.
I must have been doing 100 in my Mazda B2600 p/u. P

allow me to add my many thanks to the PA trooper who didn't quite let me go last Friday, but
nonetheless was nice enough to write something like: "failure to obey posted sign" - whatever that means. The fine was 25, but then they have all kinds of fees (EMS, Right to Justice, etc. - I don't have the ticket with me, otherwise I'd enumerate all of them). The total came to 107. Actually, if tallied up correctly, it should have been 108, but I am not going to contradict the nice officer. Speaking of nice, he came to the window and started the conversation by saying that his radar gun must be broken .... he could simply not explain why it was showing 95, when I was going uphill big time, in a curve and with snow on the ground :-). He told me that he was actually targeting the ones traveling down hill ... He must have liked the color, or perhaps the "D" sticker on the back: he actually mumbled a few words in German about the power of Quattro.
As for the real deal (read: reckless), a few years back, in the B5 on 495, I'll just say this: my buddy/attorney said that I should have the tooth brush with me on the day of the trial. Thankfully, I ended up with just a scolding by the judge. He must be, by far, the nicest one in FFX. And, I think he was really hungry - I was his last case, right before lunch ... :-).
