Default For the track folks... should have my 2 sets of Schroth harnesses for sale soon...

A pair of blue Schroth Rallye4 ASM's in my sig with quick release, and a pair of black ones as well. Both come with the shoulder pads that unzip. I see that Stable Energies harness bar is still around, you could make it work with these with the right hardware, alot cheaper than the Autopower roll bar as well and less intrusive.

I'll be ordering my all time favs soon, a set of Teamtech 6-point Cam-Locks with Silver webbing and Black tabs :-)

Nice harnesses. Those are the only 4pt harnesses I'd feel safe in..

Default I'm satisfied with them as well, but I need harnesses that are tube mount...

I figure the Teamtech 6-point rotary buckle one's (non-Ram-Pac with all the padding) will be fine. 2" waist belts and submarining belts, 3" shoulder belts.

Default I thought 2" lap belts were supposed to be used only in conjunction with a HANS device.

You might want to double check before you drop any $$ on the harnesses.

Default From Schroth...

The main premise behind the 2" lap belt is one of added safety. A 2" belt rides within the crest of the human pelvis where a 3" belt would rest on the edges. This allows you to get the belt up to an inch and a half tighter. That means the lap belt will be working earlier in the accident event because it gets loaded faster. It's also more comfortable.
