yes, and alcohol is great for you...
caffeine in moderation is not very bad for you as long as you didnt drink more than your body can process in a set amount of time.
a small amount of caffeine is actually good for you as it helps with the metabolizing of food as well as promoting development of muscles. the main reason why it is in many dietary supplements.

and it keeps me awake during my afternoon class :)
but i feel better that my diet coke is helping me metabolize faster while i'm sitting on my *** in Criminal procedure. Thank you Andrew for all that wonderful information. what would I do without you?
