Default Turbosmart Kompact 50/50 Bypass Valve

Turbosmart Kompact 50/50 Bypass Valve for 2.7t
[TURB-S4] $459.00

Has anyone used these or know of someone who has? how do they sound, any codes or problems.
Thinking of getting these, for 460 they better be good.

Are your BPVs bad? If so, just go with the 710Ns and be done with it.

Default Good googly-moogly. Like apk-S4 said, just go with 710Ns and you'll be fine.

Spend the remaining 400 on something else....like H-Sports!

really........i mean my valves seem to be fine, i figured if i can replace them and get the blow off sound w/o spitting codes and be trouble free. the stock ones are fine....except they are silent bypass valves

And are 710ns anything special or just a couple years newer and same thing? im just looking for something to do to my car in this price range...wheels would be nice but i cant find wheels that DEFINITLEY fit my car for under a 1000. exhaust is at least a grand
intake is almost pointless......all aero mods are too expensive.....crappy painted spoiler for 200 or an unpainted one for 500, id rather have the blow off noise for 460.....

Default They're the BPVs from the TT...also the same as the Bosch 110s used in some Porsche applications.

I'm willing to bet you can find an exhaust for under $1000. I think Borla is around $700. Same for a suspension. You could chip it...that's going to be your biggest bang-for-the-buck mod. STFA for options.

I'm just more go than show. If you like the BOV sound, don't let me dissuade you. You'll just be heckled mercilessly on this board.

Default you could get a set of used BBS RX-II's for $1000

18x8.5" with 32mm offset, will sefinitely fit your car and clear big brake kits in case you get one in the future.

they are about $590 each new

i started looking for borla and found nothing...borla is my #1 pick when availble......The only place i saw something on the borla was how they cant get the system. my money is burning a hole in my pocket.... what little i have lol. If i get say eibach srings...im worried ill have to turn around and get eibach shocks for another 600 or whatever and by then ill have spent almost 900 on susp and shouldve either gotten coilovers or a chip and apr bi pipe, i want to upgrade my car but not by buying something i can barely afford...just to turn around and spend more to make it work right. I have a feeling it will take me a long time to decide what to get next with the quality-vrs-cost of different tuning products.

Default the 50/50 valves are a hybrid...people choosing them usually want...

a blow off type sound. 710N's are true BYPASS valves. We have plenty of customers that have been using them for about 2 years now without problems.
