Default VIR does, but...
unless they've changed it, the first time you fill up they put a $100 hold on your card. If you only get gas once for $50, the balance will be refunded after the weekend.

Are you in Raleigh? If so, there is a BP in Garner on Rt 50 that sells it.

Default Supposedly there is also a gas station in Semora that sells it...
...semora is a small town a few miles down 57 (towards roxboro)...

i've always heard of the place but never actually confirmed that they have race gas...

gas at VIR is way overpriced...shocking, eh?

Unless you fillup some fuel cans, in addition.
