UPDATE from HBL service
1) discounted the mount/balance.
2) alignment done but...
Picked up the car at 2pm, was driving and noticed the steering wasn't aligned to the wheel so turned around and took them another 2 hours to finally fix it. Tech said it could've been my new tires but I don't see how the tires could affect the steering wheel. Meaning if I had the steering wheel directly centered, I would go RIGHT and if I turned the steering wheel a bit to the RIGHT, I'd be straight. Overall, the tech explained everything but couldn't figure out exactly why it was mis-aligned. He had to manually adjust the steering or something. I'm not auto-tech saavy.
Service Advisor = A+
Service Tech = B for effort
Overall service = B+
