Default What do the yellow and blue spots mean?

Do those represent the more gruesome ones or something?

Possibility, but it seems like a rather cold concrete haven there.

Default Dont have Kids in DC. Child "protective" Services will abuse you and them.

I linked the blog article with comments, here is the print article.

It's under consideration, but seems those areas are even more pricey than the hot spots in DC.

Default Pretty anthing inside the beltway is gonna be pricey

that's just the bad thing about this area and why people are commuting from further and further out. There's a huge number of people that commute to DC from as far out as Martinsburg, WV on a daily basis.

Default Yeah, rather unfortunate to be starting a career here, would have been nice if I settled here a long

time ago.

I guess what I meant is, the Clarendon/Ballston area seems to be even more pricey than the hot spots in DC? Maybe that's just the availability in the market now. I just didn't see much in that area compared to DC.

Default i think columbia heights is "up and coming" but is already pretty expensive...

i think you'll find a lot of agents in DC pushing that area, there's a lot of new construction happening there.... I don't know too much else about it, though.
