Default 10th (or whatever we're up to)

With the concentration of people in the DC/Baltimore listening area, that should be an open market...I don't know why no one is jumping on it.

Default Actually....

according to what I've heard they've all been "promised" jobs at other Infinity stations. I'd put money down that the Junkies will be back on WJFK soon. As Don & Mike were saying yesterday, if Howard Stern would put his money where his mouth is and just leave for Sirius already, they could shuffle things around and finally have a winning line up of shows; Junkies, Don & Mike, Ron & Fez.

I and others have no doubt Infinity will pick them up elsewhere.

Default Don & Mike are big fans of the Junkies and helped them get their start

I'm sure they will be pushing to get them back to JFK. Don's actually the Programming Director of the station, so he's got a little pull. He mentioned some other show out of Baltimore that would fit in well at JFK and would like to bring them here as well. They've got a contract to carry Bill O'Reilly's show mid-days that Don wants to get out of, but he didn't say how long the contract is for.

<damn, must be more of a radiophile than I thought!>

Default they weren't syndicated

I think the sister station WJFK Baltimore carried them, in addition to HFS.
