Default castrol syntec 5w50 all year round...
my old car was a nissan maxima had the same oil in it it lasted 350k then sold it to a friend they had it until it reached 420k then they wrecked it. it had a 300zx engine swap it was crazy.

Default I have no complaints or praises about Amsoil. As long as the oil is synthetic and the engine ...
doesn't have problems, I doubt that I'd be able to have a real preference of one brand of oil over the other. Sorry I can't be of further help.
