Default I agree w/ Dirty D

G35's are totally different from Camry status.

I hate Toy/Lex but not Nissan/Inf.

Default A big 3rd. Instead of the G35 sedan, go with the new G37 coupe and its 300+ hp. Also...

I can attest to the Infinitis have a good chassis. My FX35 handles great for a crossover and have driven a earlier G35 rental and it was a lot of fun too. Acutally too much fun since I got a ticket in it. Damn state troopers.

Default This comes from someone who drives owns a TL.

Get the new G35 or an used RL. TL-S is not a great value compares to the regular TL.

TL Pros
Smooth Engine
Short, positive shifting
Well thought-out controls
One of the best NAVI on the market
DVD-A 5.1 Dolby Digital Audio system.
Reliable
Excellent Resale Value
Spacious front and back
Bluetooth
Voice Command

TL Cons
IT RATTLES!
Thin paint
Thin leather
Torque Steer
Trunk pass-thru only.
Hard to enter/exit rear seats
Some paint flaws.

I love my TL. My ultimate goal was to find a car that is reliable and low maintenance and TL has those in spares.

Default acura is milking this one...

3G TL came out fall 03 as 04 MY. TL just had a mid-life refreshening (07). It probably will not come out with a complete redesign until at least 09.

Default Meh, I'm just biased against Nissan/Infinity

I just don't like them. Toyota's, I hate how they always slow me up and cut me off, but I don't hate them as a car.

Default For me, Japanese cars are: Mazda > Nissan > Subaru > Honda > Toyota > Mitsubishi.

Subaru would fall WAY back but for the WRX.

I've owned Honda (+Acura), Toyota and Mitsubishi.

Default I don't know why Mitsubishi is still building cars

Once the other OT forum I post on comes back up, I'll find my post on the Galant rental I have. It's utter garbage.
