They do, look in the pool supplies. In most HDs it's in the back corner by the garden supplies

definitely pool supplies as that is what its most common use is

They definitely have it in the paint aisle along with the epoxy kits... I bet the pool supply

versions are stronger though. The one Jimax used for the garage came in a <a href="http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f95/eljimax/garage%20makeover%20pictures/IMG_2733.jpg">black bottle</a>...
