Default where is more fun to live - near sterling or near alexandria?
im guessing alexandria is more fun itself plus its easier to get to places in DC - yes?

which is a nicer place to live (just living conditions)?

i have two job offers now and must decide in a week or two!

Default Ha, I live in Sterling and work in Alexandria
Fun factor, Alexandria, b/c it's more urban, city-like, and closer to DC.

But, I'd never live in Alexandria because of those reasons. I love the burbs. I love pulling into my driveway and my garage and having a place to park. I love finding parking at the store/mall, etc. Burbs rock.

To live...for me it would be Steling...less city like (i like fresh air)

Default 50 minutes. I'm against traffic the whole way
It might take you a bit longer to get to City Hall. I'm at the top of old town. But your commute should be an hour max.
