they are all idiots...park over by Chevy Chase Bank...not in the "rice-lot"
those dummeys are just looking for trouble over there...
one weekend we were there with absolutely zero police presscense (must have been a murder) and the idiot ricers decided to do burn outs at the intersection and one biker was trying to do endos and wheelies thru the same intersection...I swore someone was going to crash...unfortunately, no one did and weirdly enough, the cops never came

the semi-ricers meet up near Chevy Chase Bank...its not half as bad as the lot
near Sports Authority...some (not many) that come there are pretty quick...but its rare to see anything out of the norm for imports...one kid I know has an R32 GTR but he rarely drives it...other than that, its assorted crap and rice-r-roni
