That's such b.s. he was walking away.
You are a federal marshall.
You get into a road rage fist fight.
You get your *** kicked.
When the guy is walking away, you fire a shot and say "wait until you see what happens to you in the morning?"
When the guy tries to drive away AFTER being shot and requests Photo ID you fire 3 more shots?
What about, plate number get him back?
First degree murder is spot on, in cold blood.

I didn't read running anywhere in that. Self-control means not pulling a 21lb trigger when you've
had your **** handed to you after getting into a fist-fight over stupid road rage. Seems like the only thing he was "protecting" was his face in front of his family.

Read my other posts, I don't disagree with you
however I don't believe they will get murder 1 on him. If it was premeditated, it was only premeditated for a minute or so, I don't think that is the idea behind the way murder 1 and 2, and man are set up.
