I got nailed doing 81 in a 65 in ohio 'bout 6 yrs back. It was a $75 ticket, paid and done. I blamed my brother for the ticket so he paid for it... but other than that, nothing happened. I did have a PA license though, and PA really doesn't care if you get tickets outside the state lines. Hence why I will be getting a PA License again, esp with these new stupid fines for speeding tickets around here.
Call the VA DMV and ask if you get a ticket in ohio if the points will transfer. If not, just pay the fine and be done with it.
