I have always gotten Enterprise cars even for service durations of 3+ days. That's my experience. You seem to have some sort of personal issue with me, despite us never meeting. Someone **** in your cornflakes this morning?

The question asked was about type of loaners Parktown has and under what conditions could he take advantage of using one. He did not ask for your experience. You flippant response does not answer these questions at all.
Parktown has done a great deal for the St. Louis Audi community and is the single most important sponsor of the local Audi club. If it was not for Parktown, the club could not exist. The dealership's financial support has been instrumental. Just as important, Darren Woodford's (Parktown's GM) personal time commitment to the club exceeds all but a handful of the club's officers. In addition, when one member not long ago had a bad experience there, Darren made the situation better than right, without being asked to do so. That incident was described on this forum. Parktown deserves better than the response you gave.
Either your rant below about Reid Vann is disingenuous, or you are horrible at expressing yourself. I won't rehash it. People can read for themselves. Your recent posts here are not helpful and without credibility. It's a shame that you don't appear to care about that. Without credibility your posts are simply pointless.
I have no problem with someone criticizing a sponsor here. However, when that criticism is dishonest or unfair it warrants a response.
As an aside, I'm fairly confident you didn't even get the rental car company correct. Parktown works almost exclusively with Thrifty up the street. The only time they use Enterprise is if Thrifty is completely out of cars.

times, and always received a rental. I have no issue with this, nor with Parktown (my preferred dealer). I think you are reading between the lines and I will emphasize my post was not meant to come off as flippant. I provided my experience and figured others would do the same. For the record I have been forwarded to both Enterprise (more recently) and Thrifty.
And once again, re: Reid Vann: I feel I explained the situation adequately and made it clear that, in the end, they exhibited poor customer service. I had no motivation to cast RV in a negative light other than to share my only - and last - experience with them.
