Default Plaza Motors is no longer a club sponsor!

Plaza has told us that it is no longer interested in sponsoring the Audi Club if Parktown is a sponsor. What a great organization! I will be removing them from our website.

This may change when the new owner takes over. For now they are not a sponsor.

Default Another reason why Plaza just doesn't get it. I have been dealing with parktown and

their people actually appreciate your business.

Default Update: parktown has already agreed to make up the difference...

I just got off the phone with Darren Woodford, the Parktown GM. He just offered to make up the financial difference of the Plaza sponsorship. I didn't even ask!!

Once again Parktown has shown an amazing dedication to the club and its members. Until and unless things change at Plaza, it's pretty obvious who should get our referral business.

I wonder if Darren is interested in buying an 05 S4...

I have had such bad experiences at Plaza and will never ever go there.

I'm surprised they were a sponsor in the first place.

Default Am I the only person who has had good luck with Plaza??

I tried to buy at Parktown, but Plaza beat their deal by $1800.00. Plus I get a loaner, even with my old '03, which I bought in Springfield, IL.

Who is buying Plaza?? Is Asbury selling the dealership??

Default I think you may have missed the point of the thread..

Plaza gives no support to the club at all. Parktown bends over backwards for us. The club would not exist without Parktown's support.

It isn't about where we could have/did negotiate the best deal in the past. I'm also not saying that someone shouldn't price a car at multiple places when shopping. In the future I think that if all else is equal, Parktown deserves our business. I'm confident Parktown will work very hard to earn our sales and service business. Below is a link to a recent example:

Recent example
