Default 100CS Squeaky Steering

My 92 100CS makes a squeaking noise when turning the steering wheel back and forth. Sounds like it comes from the steering column. I looked at the shop manual and did not see any lube fittings etc. Any ideas. Thanks.

Sure, take out all the retaining screws and plastic covers and go nuts with the lithum grease wherever the shaft makes contact with something. Just don't get it on the horn contacts.

Default If this is happening your auto cancel on you signal may not be working well...

There is an adjustment down on the firewall where the column goes though, just loosen the bolt (13mm) and slide the column until it doesn't rub (I've had it out going both ways), then tighten the bolt back down.
