TAP has an exhaust for the A8, i think. Lowering springs and shocks too. And you can always go for TWIN TURBOS!!! Ya, right, a guy can dream, can't he? Whoohoo, where's my S8? ;-)<p>-andrewt

This German firm produces an S8 upgrade, including the twin-turbo upgrade good for up to 480hp/620lb.ft (normal TT is a not-too-lethargic 405/502). The top monster is more than the Tip can handle.<p>See about bringing one of these conversions in, REALLY ****-off your neighbor with his new M5 or E55. 8-)<p>There's more info in Audi Driver, March/April issue. Call Joe Hoppen Motorsports, Sportwheels in Co, Vortrag Motorsports, or AMS. They all have websites and they all have the resources for S8 oem parts and modifications, as well as their own modifications for the A8. <p>I am in the process of researching upgrades for my A8 as well.<p>Good Luck!

We use the S8 airbox, the MTM ECU and exhaust for a solid 25hp gain across the rpm range. Both MTM and Hohenester did twin turbo kits, however, the amount of work and the cost of the kit prevents us from doing this modification here. This has to be done in house, its not a simple bolt-on kit. However, do look for an MTM Supercharger kit for the 4.2. Horsepower figures are not available yet, and it has to be determined if the Auto/tip can safely handle the increase of power without affecting long term reliability.<p>Ned
