My friend who has a Audi 5000 Standard, tells me that i could put a 5000 Turbo into my 80 without changing anything. Just swap the turbo for the enine i have. What do you guys think of this, is it worth it, and will i notice a difference???

It is very worth it. You will more than double your power if you upgrade the turbo engine which you can do for 20 bucks or 700 if you want a fancy chip. Search the web for Audi turbo conversion or Audi 80 turbo and you'll find info. I can give you some info if you'd like.

Yes, the 5000 turbo motor will fit in the 80. However, you must also exchange the ECU's, wiring harnesses, and do some custom fabrication as well. It's definitely more than an afternoon project. It can be done for reasonable $$ if you can do much of the labor yourself. It's great bang for your buck though.
