OK, the last 2 sets of Bosch wipers I've bought don't work worth a ****. They only seem to work good for a week and then they skip and streak constantly. The only time they do work good is if there is a deluge of water on the windshield. Driving in light mist is pure hell due to the constant chatter of the blades!
Anyways, I've tried all sorts of things to get them to work smoother and it was a no go. Went to the local autozone and bought some cheap Anco wipers and they work great. WTF? Anyone else having problems with these Bosch wipers? I thought it was just me but my friend has them on his Golf and hates them too...

That two piece construction has changed from last year if I recall correctly. The non wiping part used to be silicone I think and just the wiping blade was rubber. Now it says "specially blended rubber" for both halves.

make sure you clean the windshield well with a straight edge razor and good glass cleaner. I put new Bosch wipers on and they work great! sorry to hear of your bad luck with them.
Maybe try using Rain-X with them.
HTH!
