CIS-E motronic fuel system.....
i bought an audi 80, it ran when it ran fine when i got it, now it barely runs. to me it seems like it needs a new/rebuilt air flow potentiator and/or fuel distributor. im workin on low cash flow so maybe theres something that usually needs to be cleaned or worked on a little? any idea where i can get used or rebuilt ones? thanks for any help....

I changed out my primary and secondary fuel
filters today. I cut open the old filters
with a hacksaw, and I couldn't believe the
dirt, and crud, and crap that had built up
in them. I don't think they've ever been
changed out since the car was new.
My Haynes manual says to change them out
every 2 years.
