Recently, my cruise control starting working only sporadically. Now, it doesn't seem to work at all. Any similar experiences out there? If so, what was the problem? Thanks.

Yep, exact same problem on my '93 90. Haven't found a solution yet. Some say that it is probably the control stalk, but I haven't dug deep enough to find out for myself and replacing it just to see if it really is the problem is a bit too much $

I have experienced problems in both a 5Ktq and Urs4 - has been the switches down at the pedals in both cases - just stuck. no $ required. definitely worth a look.

Don't know it is the same as 5K or not. But here is what it was for my 5K. The switch went dirty. I took it out and cleaned the contact. Back to normal now.
